1.Understanding DriveCash
9 questionsDriveCash offers a vehicle-secured revolving line of credit designed to provide eligible consumers with access to credit using an eligible vehicle as collateral. Approved customers access their available credit through the DriveCash Card, subject to the account agreement and applicable restrictions.
The DriveCash Card is the card used to access your approved revolving line of credit. It provides a convenient way to make eligible purchases and, if included in your account terms, access other permitted transactions. The card is the access method for your credit line, not a separate lending product.
It is a credit account secured by an eligible vehicle. You receive an approved credit limit and can borrow against the available amount. As you repay the balance, available credit may be restored in accordance with your account terms.
A traditional installment loan generally provides a fixed amount that is repaid over a set schedule. A revolving line of credit allows you to borrow, repay, and potentially borrow again up to your available credit limit, subject to your agreement.
Your vehicle provides security for the credit line. Its value and eligibility may help determine the amount of credit you can qualify for.
You may use your available credit for eligible expenses such as vehicle repairs and maintenance, home improvements, education and tuition expenses, medical and dental expenses, travel and vacations, and everyday or unexpected expenses. Transactions remain subject to available credit, card acceptance, transaction limits, and account terms.
DriveCash is designed to provide access to revolving credit that eligible customers can use for planned expenses or unexpected financial needs. Consider the cost of borrowing and your ability to make payments before using your available credit.
DriveCash is designed as a vehicle-secured revolving line of credit accessed through a payment card. It should not be confused with an unsecured payday loan or assumed to have the same structure as a traditional single-advance title loan. Your agreement explains the security interest, repayment obligations, and remedies that apply.
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular credit limit, or immediate access to funds. Applications are subject to verification, underwriting, product availability, and applicable law.
2.Eligibility and Applying
14 questionsEligibility depends on applicable law and the program's underwriting requirements. Applicants may need to meet minimum age and residency requirements, verify their identity and income, demonstrate an ability to repay, and provide an eligible vehicle as collateral. The application will explain the requirements that apply.
You do not necessarily need an established or excellent traditional credit history to apply. However, approval is not guaranteed. DriveCash may consider information beyond a traditional credit score, along with other information required or permitted by law.
Credit-related inquiries and verification may depend on the application process and applicable requirements. Review the authorizations and disclosures presented during your application to understand what information may be obtained and how it may be used.
You may be able to apply even if you have a limited or less-than-perfect credit history. Your application will be evaluated under the applicable underwriting criteria, and approval will depend on the full assessment.
You may apply even if you have limited or no traditional credit history, provided you meet the other eligibility requirements. An application does not guarantee approval.
Self-employed applicants may be eligible if they can provide acceptable evidence of income or cash flow and meet the other requirements. The application process will explain what documentation may be needed.
Applicants receiving eligible benefits may apply if they meet the program's requirements. Acceptable income sources and verification requirements depend on applicable law and underwriting criteria.
Employment is not necessarily the only way to demonstrate an ability to repay. Applicants must satisfy applicable income, repayment-capacity, and underwriting requirements. Do not assume that an application will be approved without qualifying income or other acceptable resources.
Depending on your circumstances, you may be asked for government-issued identification and personal information; contact information and residential address; income or cash-flow information; bank account information for permitted verification or payment purposes; vehicle identification, ownership, title, mileage, and condition information; information about existing liens or vehicle financing; and required authorizations and disclosures. Only provide information through official DriveCash channels.
The time required depends on how quickly you complete the application, provide requested documents, verify your information, and complete any necessary vehicle review and underwriting. Additional verification may extend the process.
Yes. Start through the official DriveCash website and follow the application instructions. Review all authorizations and terms before submitting your information.
You can submit an application through the available application process. Submission does not mean that credit has been approved or that your account is ready to use. Approval and access depend on completion of the required steps and availability of the credit program in your state.
Additional information may be needed to verify your identity, income, bank account, vehicle ownership, vehicle value, or existing liens. Respond through the official channel provided and avoid sending sensitive information to unverified contacts.
If your application is declined, any required adverse-action notice will explain the applicable reasons and any rights available to you. Depending on the circumstances, you may be able to correct inaccurate information or reapply later if your circumstances change.
3.Your Vehicle and Collateral
16 questionsNot necessarily in every case. Eligibility depends on the vehicle's value, existing liens, ownership status, available equity, and the program's collateral requirements. A vehicle with an existing loan or lien may be ineligible if the required security interest cannot be established.
You will generally need to establish acceptable legal ownership or ownership rights in the vehicle used as collateral. Exact requirements depend on the title, registration, applicable law, and underwriting criteria.
Possibly, if the existing financing and lien structure meet the program's requirements. Existing liens may affect eligibility, available collateral value, and whether the required security interest can be perfected.
Do not assume you can use a vehicle owned by another person. The applicant must satisfy the program's ownership, authorization, and collateral requirements. A vehicle cannot be included as collateral without the necessary legal authorization and documentation.
Vehicle eligibility may depend on the vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, condition, title status, market value, and other underwriting factors. The application process will determine whether your vehicle qualifies.
The vehicle must satisfy the program's eligibility and valuation requirements. The value required and the amount of credit available depend on underwriting criteria and the terms offered in your state.
The valuation process may consider the vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, condition, market information, title status, and existing liens. The assessed value is one factor in determining eligibility and the potential credit limit.
You may be asked to provide photographs, vehicle details, or other evidence of its condition. An additional inspection or verification may be required depending on the vehicle and application.
You may need to provide the vehicle identification number (VIN) so the vehicle can be identified and relevant information verified.
Insurance requirements depend on the program's collateral conditions, your existing financing, and applicable law. Review the requirements provided during your application.
The product is intended to allow eligible customers to retain and use their vehicle while it serves as collateral, provided they comply with their agreement and applicable law. Review the security agreement for restrictions or obligations.
Review your agreement before selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of a vehicle securing your credit line. A sale or transfer may require the secured obligation to be paid, the lien to be released, or the creditor's prior consent.
Contact the account servicer before trading in a vehicle that secures your account. The existing lien and credit obligations must be addressed in accordance with your agreement and applicable law.
Contact your insurer and the account servicer promptly if your vehicle is seriously damaged or declared a total loss. The effect on your credit account, any insurance proceeds, and the collateral must be handled according to your agreement and applicable law.
Notify the account servicer if your residence or vehicle registration changes. State law may affect your account, collateral requirements, and available servicing options.
Once the secured obligations have been satisfied and any required release conditions are met, the lien-release process will follow your agreement and applicable law. Ask the account servicer about the expected process and timing for your state.
4.Credit Limits, Rates, and Fees
12 questionsYour credit limit depends on underwriting, including the eligible vehicle's value, your ability to repay, applicable state requirements, and other relevant factors. The approved amount will be communicated through the offer and account disclosures.
No. The value of your vehicle is only one factor in determining a credit limit. The approved amount may be lower than the vehicle's market value and depends on underwriting and collateral requirements.
APR stands for annual percentage rate. It expresses the annualized cost of credit according to applicable disclosure rules. Review the APR along with applicable fees, minimum payments, and other account terms.
Your applicable APR and any other relevant rates will be disclosed in the offer and account-opening documents before you accept the credit. Review these disclosures carefully.
Fees may apply depending on the final product terms and your account. Any applicable periodic, transaction, or other fees should be disclosed in the relevant application materials and account agreement before you accept the offer.
Whether a periodic or recurring fee applies depends on the terms offered for your account. Review the fee disclosures for the amount, frequency, and conditions of any applicable charge.
Interest accrual depends on the transaction type and the terms of your account. Your account agreement explains when interest begins, how it is calculated, and whether different transaction types have different rates or rules.
Interest is generally calculated according to the applicable balance and terms, rather than simply the amount of your available credit limit. Your agreement explains which balances accrue interest and how the calculation works.
Whether your APR is fixed or variable, and the circumstances in which it may change, are governed by your account agreement and applicable law. Review the rate disclosures before accepting an offer.
Your available credit may change under the conditions permitted by your account agreement and applicable law. The agreement and any required notices explain how credit-limit changes are handled.
Any prepayment-related charges or restrictions must be identified in your applicable agreement and disclosures. Review these terms before accepting the account or making a large payment.
Use the DriveCash calculator, if available, as an estimate only. Actual payment obligations depend on your approved limit, outstanding balance, APR, fees, payment timing, and account terms. Official disclosures and periodic statements control.
5.Using Your DriveCash Card
11 questionsAfter approval and completion of required account-opening steps, you will receive instructions for accessing your DriveCash Card and available credit. Access methods depend on your account and the card features provided.
Virtual card access may be available depending on the account setup and program features. Follow the instructions provided after approval to determine when and how you can access your card details.
Physical card availability and delivery depend on the card program and your account setup. If a physical card is offered, delivery instructions and expected timing will be communicated to you.
Digital wallet support depends on the card program, your device, and wallet eligibility. Confirm supported wallets and follow the official setup instructions provided with your card.
You may use your card for eligible online purchases wherever the card network and merchant accept it, subject to your available credit and account restrictions.
International transactions depend on the card network, merchant acceptance, account restrictions, and applicable fees. Check your account agreement for foreign transaction fees and geographic limitations.
Cash access is available only if it is an enabled feature of your account. Any cash-advance limits, fees, APRs, and ATM requirements will be disclosed in your account terms.
Direct transfers or other cash-access options depend on the features enabled for your account. Do not assume every credit line supports bank transfers. Review the account terms or contact customer support.
A transaction may be declined because of insufficient available credit, a security check, merchant restrictions, card activation issues, an account restriction, or other reasons. Check your account and contact support if you need help identifying the issue.
Recurring payments may be possible wherever the merchant accepts your card and the transaction is permitted. You remain responsible for managing recurring charges and ensuring sufficient available credit.
Refunds are generally processed according to the merchant's return policy and the card network's procedures. The timing of a refund and its effect on your account balance may vary.
6.Payments and Managing Your Balance
16 questionsUse the payment methods identified in your account portal, statement, or official servicing communications. Follow the instructions provided to ensure your payment is correctly credited.
Your payment due date and required minimum payment will be shown in your account disclosures and periodic statements. Review your statement each billing cycle and make payments by the stated due date.
The minimum payment is determined under your account agreement and applicable law. It may depend on your outstanding balance, interest, fees, and other disclosed terms. Your statement will show the amount due.
You may generally pay more than the required minimum, subject to the payment procedures in your agreement. Paying more may reduce your outstanding balance and the amount of interest you pay over time.
Request current payoff information from the account servicer and follow the payment instructions provided. Confirm whether accrued interest or other amounts must be included to bring the balance to zero.
Available credit may be restored as payments are received and credited, subject to processing times, outstanding transactions, account status, and your agreement.
Payment processing times depend on the payment method, financial institution, submission time, weekends, holidays, and applicable processing procedures. Allow sufficient time for payments to be received and credited before the due date.
Automatic payments may be available through the servicing platform. If offered, review the authorization, payment date, amount, and cancellation procedures carefully before enrolling.
A missed payment may result in late fees or other consequences permitted by your agreement and applicable law. It may also affect your credit history and, because your vehicle secures the account, may put your vehicle at risk if the account becomes seriously delinquent and the creditor lawfully exercises its rights. Contact the account servicer early if you think you may miss a payment.
Contact the account servicer promptly to discuss your circumstances and ask whether assistance or payment arrangements are available. Options are not guaranteed, so do not wait until the account is seriously past due to seek help.
Payment-date changes depend on the servicing options available and the terms of your account. Contact customer support to ask whether a change can be made.
A returned or reversed payment may leave the amount unpaid and could result in applicable fees or other consequences under your agreement and the law. Contact your financial institution and the account servicer to resolve the issue.
Use the official account portal or other servicing tools provided to you. Review your balance, transactions, payments, and available credit regularly and report discrepancies promptly.
Contact the card issuer or account servicer immediately using verified contact information. Follow instructions for securing your card, disputing the transaction, and reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Follow the billing-error or dispute instructions in your account agreement and billing statement. Submit the required information within applicable time limits and retain copies of your communications.
Any credit balance or overpayment will be handled according to your account agreement and applicable law. Contact the account servicer if you believe your account has a credit balance or you need help understanding a refund.
7.Credit Reporting and Financial Information
8 questionsCredit reporting depends on the program's operating terms and reporting arrangements. Review current product disclosures to confirm whether account activity will be reported, to which credit bureaus, and under what conditions.
If your account is reported to credit bureaus, consistent on-time payments may contribute positively to your credit history. Results are not guaranteed and depend on your overall credit profile, the information reported, and the scoring model used.
No particular score increase can be guaranteed. Credit scores depend on multiple factors, and different scoring models may evaluate information differently. Managing your account responsibly may help establish a positive payment history if the account is reported.
A late payment may affect your credit history if the account is reported and applicable reporting requirements are met. Contact the servicer if you believe information reported about your account is inaccurate.
Contact the relevant credit bureau and follow its dispute process. You may also contact the account servicer if the information originated from your DriveCash account. Provide supporting documentation and retain copies of your dispute.
The underwriting process may consider vehicle information, verified income or cash flow, and other information permitted by law. Factors used for your application depend on the program's approved underwriting criteria.
Banking information may be requested to verify identity, income, cash flow, or payment details, depending on the application and account features. Review the relevant authorization to understand what information may be accessed, for what purpose, and for how long.
Review the current DriveCash Privacy Policy for practices regarding the collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, financial institutions, or other parties as described in the policy and permitted by law.

6 questionsDriveCash should use appropriate safeguards to protect personal and financial information. Review the Privacy Policy and Security page for details about safeguards, service providers, and practices applicable to your account.

Contact customer support through an official channel, secure your account where possible, and report suspicious activity. You may also need to contact your financial institutions and appropriate identity-theft reporting resources.
Use contact information and the website listed in official DriveCash materials. Be cautious of unsolicited messages requesting passwords, one-time verification codes, full payment-card details, or sensitive personal information. Do not follow suspicious links or send money to unverified recipients.
Any access to device information or permissions should be explained in the relevant privacy disclosures and app permissions. Review these carefully and grant only permissions you understand and agree to.
Use the official account portal or contact customer support to request an update. You may be asked to verify your identity before changes can be made.
9.Delinquency, Default, and Vehicle Risk
8 questionsIf you miss required payments, the account may become delinquent. Depending on the agreement and applicable law, consequences may include fees, credit reporting, collection activity, restrictions on account use, or enforcement of the security interest.
Your vehicle secures the credit line, so default may create a risk of repossession or other collateral enforcement where authorized by the agreement and applicable law. The creditor must follow the legal requirements that apply to the account and state.
A missed payment does not automatically mean your vehicle will be repossessed. Consequences depend on the agreement, account status, and applicable law. Missing payments can nevertheless have serious consequences. Contact the servicer promptly if you anticipate difficulty paying.
Contact the account servicer to discuss your situation. Depending on the program and circumstances, available options may include a payment arrangement or other assistance. No particular arrangement is guaranteed.
Default consequences are governed by your agreement and applicable law. They may include account restrictions, collection efforts, credit reporting, and enforcement of the security interest. Review your agreement and contact the servicer if you receive a default notice.
Possibly. Treatment of the remaining balance, proceeds from a sale of the vehicle, and any potential deficiency depends on your agreement and applicable law. Ask the servicer for an explanation of your rights and obligations.
If you are considering voluntary surrender, contact the account servicer first to understand the process and potential financial consequences. Surrendering the vehicle may not eliminate the outstanding balance or other obligations.
Contact the account servicer and request an explanation. Keep copies of notices and communications. You may also seek advice from a qualified attorney or contact the appropriate state or federal regulator if you believe your rights have been violated.
10.Account Changes, Support, and Other Questions
10 questionsUse the contact information published on the official DriveCash website or provided in your account documents. Verify that you are communicating through an official channel before sharing personal or financial information.
Contact the account servicer and follow the account-closure process. You may need to repay outstanding balances and satisfy applicable obligations before the account can be closed and the vehicle lien released.
Closing or restricting future use of a credit line does not necessarily eliminate the outstanding balance. Contact the servicer to understand your payoff obligations, account-closure options, and lien-release requirements.
Update your information through the official account portal or customer support. Keeping your details current helps ensure you receive important account notices and communications.
Your account agreement and disclosures identify the creditor, card issuer, and any servicing parties involved. DriveCash provides the technology and program experience, while the applicable financial institution or other named creditor has the responsibilities specified in your agreement.
Availability depends on the program's launch status, applicable state requirements, and the product terms offered in your location. Check the application process to determine whether applications are currently available in your state.
Whether an application affects your credit score depends on the type of credit inquiry, if any, and applicable credit-reporting practices. Review the authorization provided during the application process to understand whether a credit inquiry may occur.
You may be able to reapply if your circumstances change and applications are being accepted. Approval is not guaranteed, and any applicable waiting period or documentation requirements should be confirmed with the application team.
Review the current Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, account agreement, fee disclosures, and other applicable disclosures available through the official DriveCash website or application process. Your account documents control the terms applicable to your credit line.
